The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for aligning HR practices with business needs and supporting overall organizational growth.Qualifications- Strong expertise in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Workforce Planning - Proficiency in Training Coordination, Performance Management, and Employee Development - Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance Standards, and HR Policy Implementation - Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving skills - Excellent Communication, Interpersonal Skills, and Leadership abilities - Experience with HR software and data management tools - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification is a plus. - Previous experience in human resource management, preferably at a managerial level
