New Product Development*: Lead the development of new ice cream products, flavours, and concepts that meet consumer preferences and business objectives.- *Product Innovation*: Identify trends, consumer insights, and market opportunities to drive innovation and growth in the ice cream category.- *R&D Team Management*: Lead and mentor a team of R&D professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.- *Collaboration*: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and production, to ensure successful product launches and commercialization.- *Regulatory Compliance*: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, food safety standards, and quality protocols.- *Product Quality*: Ensure that all products meet or exceed quality standards and specifications.- *Cost Optimization*: Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency in product development and manufacturing processes.Education:* Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Dairy Technology.- *Experience:* Minimum 12 years of experience in R&D, product development in the ice cream.- *Skills:*- Strong understanding of ice cream production processes, ingredients, and technologies.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Proven track record of new product development and innovation.- Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance.Namaste India Ice CreamLocation: Plant Site (Akbarpur).
