This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving customer acquisition, brand visibility, and ROI across all digital channels.Key Responsibilities:Own and lead the digital marketing strategy across paid media, performance marketing, CRM, SEO, and organic growthOversee acquisition and retention strategies with a clear focus on ROIPlan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and affiliate platformsDrive D2C revenue and customer lifetime value through performance-focused initiativesLead and mentor a team (internal/external) across paid, organic, and content functionsCollaborate with product and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful messagingLeverage analytics to continuously optimize customer funnel and campaign performanceManage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively across channelsStay ahead of trends in skincare, wellness, and medical aesthetics digital spaceKey Requirements:Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven leadership rolesPreferable experience in skincare, wellness, beauty, or medical aestheticsStrong background in performance marketing, customer acquisition, and CRMHands-on experience managing paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)Deep understanding of D2C funnels, customer segmentation, and retention strategiesStrategic thinker with strong execution capabilitiesExcellent analytical skills and ROI-driven decision-makingAbility to work independently in a fractional leadership roleTeam leadership and stakeholder management experience
