IT & Systems Manager (Portfolio Operations)

Location: Remote (India preferred, US time zone overlap required)Reports to: Head of Portfolio OperationsCompensation: $30,000 - $60,000 USD annuallyWhat you'll doImplement and configure SaaS platforms (e.g. Salesforce/Ramp) during M&A integrations (under the supervision of the M&A Integration Manager).Coordinate with vendors on implementations. You'll run kickoff calls, track timelines, and troubleshoot when things break.Execute data migrations when we acquire a company. Customer data, user accounts, financial records, all moving between systems.Maintain documentation of our tech stack: what software each portfolio company uses, license counts, renewal dates, vendor contacts.Set up SSO, provision user accounts, manage access across tools. When someone joins or leaves, you handle the access changes.Coordinate with the dev team to build integrations between systems (API work, Zapier, native connectors) when needed.What we're looking for5-8 years in hands-on IT implementation or system administration roles.You've migrated data between systems before and can talk through how you approached it.Comfortable talking to both technical and non-technical people. You'll explain things to executives and debug issues with vendors.What this role is notYou won't be building custom software or writing production code. This is configuration and integration work.This is not a help desk role. You're implementing systems, not resetting passwords.
