Role Overview We are looking for a Salesforce DevOps Engineer (Full-time, On-site in Ajmer) to streamline and manage our end-to-end release management, version control, and CI/CD pipelines . In this role, you will: Design, implement, and manage Salesforce DevOps pipelines (CI/CD) Work extensively with Git-based version control (branching, merging, pull requests) Automate deployments across multiple Salesforce orgs (sandbox to production) Collaborate with developers and admins to ensure smooth release cycles Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipeline performance Implement DevOps best practices for scalability, governance, and security What We’re Looking For ✅ Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, Flosum, or similar) ✅ Strong knowledge of Git workflows and repository management ✅ Experience in CI/CD pipeline setup and management (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps) ✅ Familiarity with Salesforce Metadata, SFDX, and change sets ✅ Good understanding of cloud platforms and Linux-based environments Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field ⭐ Bonus: Salesforce/DevOps-related certifications Why Join Us?
