Job Title: Recruiter (State Clients)-RemoteLocation: RemoteFull-timeExperience Required: 2+ years in recruiting for State or Government clients About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for State Government clients, including (but not limited to) Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Connecticut, and other states. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding candidates for IT, administrative, and professional services roles under State and local government contracts. Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for State and Local Government client requisitions.Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.Screen, qualify, and submit candidates in compliance with client and MSP requirements.Collaborate closely with account managers and hiring managers to understand job needs.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely submission of candidates.Stay updated with State vendor portals, procurement systems, and compliance requirements. Requirements: 2+ years of experience recruiting for State Government clients across multiple states (e.g., FL, GA, IN, CT).Proven experience working with vendor management systems (VMS) and MSP programs.Familiarity with W2, C2C, and 1099 employment types.Excellent communication, time management, and candidate relationship skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
