HR Recruiter Intern - RemoteJob Summary:We are seeking four highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Interns to join ourteam. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in therecruitment field, working closely with our experienced recruiters. We are passionate about helping our clientsbuild exceptional teams and are committed to providing a rewarding and enrichingexperience for our interns.Location: Remote - Work From HomeResponsibilities:Assist recruiters in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, andinterviewing candidates.Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, andnetworking sites.Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualificationsand fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Maintain and update candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).Assist in preparing job descriptions and job postings.Participate in team meetings and contribute to recruitment strategies.Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.Qualifications:Must be currently pursuing an MBA or have recently graduated with an MBA.Strong interest in Human Resources and recruitment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Mon-Fri; Sat-half day)Note:This is an excellent opportunity for MBA students or graduates to gain practical experience in HR recruitment with a growing company.
