This role is responsible for defining scalable, secure, and production-ready GenAI architectures while driving adoption across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Platform DesignDefine end-to-end architecture for AI Agents and RAG-based systems ensuring scalability, reliability, performance, and securityDesign and implement production-grade GenAI platforms using vector databases, embeddings, and document retrieval pipelinesArchitect seamless integration with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and enterprise workflow systemsOptimize GenAI solutions for latency, throughput, cost, and accuracy in real-world production environmentsGovernance, Standards & SecurityEstablish enterprise GenAI standards, best practices, and governance frameworksEnsure compliance with data governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirementsDefine and implement AI guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and risk controlsLeadership & CollaborationPartner with executive leadership, product owners, and cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business goalsMentor engineering teams and provide architectural guidance across AI/ML initiativesDrive innovation by evaluating and recommending emerging LLMs, agentic workflows, and GenAI technologiesOperations & MLOpsLead adoption of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for end-to-end AI lifecycle managementOversee model deployment, monitoring, performance tuning, and continuous improvementRequired QualificationsEducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related fieldAdvanced degree preferredExperience12+ years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture and development3+ years of hands-on experience delivering Generative AI solutions at enterprise scaleProven experience architecting and deploying AI Agents and RAG-based systemsTechnical SkillsStrong expertise in AI Agent and RAG frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Haystack, or similarHands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Dataverse, Microsoft FabricDeep experience with Azure AI ecosystem:Azure OpenAIAzure AI Studio / Azure ML FoundryAzure Functions, AKS, Cosmos DBProficiency in Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, and modern database systemsExperience with MongoDB and vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, WeaviateExperience deploying GenAI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCPStrong skills in prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, evaluation techniques, and AI safety/guardrailsEnterprise & DevOpsIn-depth knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, data governance, and risk managementHands-on experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring
