The ideal candidate will have strong experience in system mapping, data flows, and business process analysis while working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and document business and technical requirements for integration projectsAnalyze business processes and design system integration solutionsDevelop system mapping and data flow documentation between enterprise applicationsSupport integration between SAP and other enterprise systems using APIs and integration toolsFacilitate communication between business teams, developers, and external partnersMaintain documentation for integrations, workflows, and project deliverablesRequirements5+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in integration projectsStrong experience with system mapping, data structures, and integration methodologiesExperience working with SAP environmentsKnowledge of APIs, SOA, and integration toolsExperience in insurance domain or ACORD standards is a plusStrong stakeholder communication and analytical skills
