Data Storytelling & Visual Strategy Designer

We’re looking for a high-impact visual storyteller who can turn complex data, analytics, and AI concepts into clear, executive-ready visual narratives for BFSI and enterprise clients.If you enjoy working at the intersection of data, consulting, and design, this role is for you.⚠️ This is not a traditional graphic design role.What You’ll DoTranslate complex BFSI, data engineering, analytics, and AI concepts into:Visual journeysInfographicsClient pitch decksEngagement roadmapsConvert client conversations, context, and ambiguity into structured visual stories that explain:The problemThe solutionThe engagement journeyThe value over timePartner with consultants, data engineers, and data scientists to visually explain:Data platforms & pipelinesAnalytics & BI modernisationAI / ML and GenAI use casesGovernance & operating models (BFSI-focused)Design CXO-ready presentations used directly in enterprise and BFSI client pitches.What We’re Looking ForMust-haveAbility to understand and simplify complex data and technical conceptsStrong critical thinking and structured problem-solvingProven skill in turning ambiguity into clear visual narrativesExtremely high proficiency in Figma, PowerPoint, Illustrator (or similar)Strong sense of visual hierarchy, storytelling, and executive communicationComfortable working in data-heavy, regulated environments (BFSI preferred)Able to work independently in a remote, fast-moving consulting setupNice-to-have (Big Plus)Internship or experience with McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or similar consulting firms in their data and AI verticalsExposure to data platforms, analytics transformations, or AI / ML initiativesBFSI, FinTech, or enterprise technology experienceWho Should NOT ApplyThis role is about thinking + visual storytelling.
