Our goal is to double our revenue within five years and become the world leader in HR digital transformation.YOUR MISSIONSAs a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will join the HR Path Group's HRIS Integration activity, specialized in the implementation of HRIS projects.Reporting to our SAP Practice, you will participate in all phases of the implementation of the HRIS solution (Design, Parameterization, Acceptance, Deployment, Support), according to your area of HR expertise and desire for development, for our customers and on the following missionsYou will have to:Analyze and resolve incidents on Employee Central and Reporting (Preferably Story Reporting)Configure business rules, workflows, notifications, roles and permissions or create fields and portlets.Assure impact of configuration on other modules (Onboarding, reporting, integration center).Provide unit tests evidence.Document your configurations.Report configurations in production.Technical SkillsEmployee Central certified.Strong experience on Employee Central configuration (> 5 years on Employee Central AMS or Project).Use JIRA’s ticketing.Soft SkillsAbility to work with French’s team.Very good oral and write expression in English.Rigourous and Organized.
