Contract Drafting & Review:Prepare, review, and revise commercial contracts including vendor agreements, service contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and IT, Digital agreements.Negotiation Support:Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to negotiate contract terms that protect the company’s interests.Contract Lifecycle Management:Maintain a centralized contract repository, track key milestones (renewals, expiries, obligations), and ensure timely execution and compliance.Risk Assessment & Mitigation:Identify potential legal risks in contracts and propose mitigation strategies.Compliance & Governance:Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.Stakeholder Coordination:Work closely with procurement, finance, operations, and business teams to align contract terms with operational needs.Template & Process Optimization:Develop and maintain standard contract templates and improve contract management processes for efficiency and consistency.Reporting & Documentation:Generate periodic reports on contract status, risks, and performance metrics for senior management.
