The role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, counselling prospective students, addressing their queries, and providing guidance on courses and career pathways. Key responsibilities include maintaining records, coordinating with faculty and staff, supporting students through enrollment, and ensuring smooth running of academic and administrative activities. Managing calls, managing promotional events , creating leads and following up leads.QualificationsAdministrative skills including organisation, multitasking, time management, and record keepingStrong communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills to interact effectively with students and guide their academic choicesBasic understanding of design courses, entrance exams, and portfolio requirements is advantageousProficiency in using office software and toolsAbility to work collaboratively and maintain a positive work environmentPrevious experience in academic administration or counseling is preferredBachelor's degree in any discipline; additional certifications in counseling or administration are a plus
