Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Senior Sales Executive/Assistant Manager located in Aizawl. The individual in this position will handle daily sales operations, achieve sales targets, and maintain strong customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include strategizing sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and support team to ensure high-quality service delivery. Qualifications Proven sales experience, with skills including Sales Operations, Customer Relations, and Target Achievement Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to strategize and execute sales plans Experience in identifying new business opportunities and market trends Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the healthcare or related industry is a plus
