Role Objective The Product Content Writer will own the technical narrative of Motadata’s products. You will create high-authority content that educates mid-market and enterprise IT leaders, simplifies complex technical features into business value, and supports the sales team with credible, high-impact collateral. 2. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Authority Technical White Papers:Research and draft deep-dive papers on topics like AIOps, Network Observability, and Compliance (NCA, SAMA). Problem-Led Blogs:Write 4–6 technical blogs monthly targeting IT Managers and SREs (e.g., "Reducing Alert Fatigue with AI-led Correlation"). Industry Solution Pages:Create web copy tailored to specific verticals (Banking, Healthcare, Retail) focusing on their unique technical pain points. Sales Enablement & Conversion Case Studies:Interview technical teams and customers to write success stories that highlight specific metrics (MTTR reduction, cost savings). Comparison Assets:Draft "Us vs. Them" battlecards and web pages (e.g., Motadata vs. SolarWinds) focusing on technical differentiators. Sales Decks:Script and structure technical PPTs for sales pitches and corporate presentations. Product Storytelling & Collaboration Video Scripting:Collaborate with the video editor to storyboard technical product walkthroughs and "How-it-works" snippets. Feature Launches:Work with Product Management to turn release notes into engaging "What’s New" announcements. Landing Pages:Own the technical copy for campaign landing pages to ensure high conversion rates from organic and paid traffic. 3. Required Qualifications Education:B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related engineering field is mandatory.(An MBA in Marketing is a significant plus). Experience:3–6 years of experience in Technical Marketing or Content Writing for a B2B SaaS/IT product company. Technical Knowledge:Strong conceptual understanding of ITIL, ITSM, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and APIs. 4. Skills & Competencies Technical Translation:Ability to read a technical spec sheet and explain the "Business Why" to a CTO. SEO Proficiency:Knowledge of keyword research (Ahrefs/Semrush) to ensure content ranks for high-intent IT queries. Analytical Thinking:Ability to extract data from the product to create "Data-driven" content. Project Management:Ability to manage multiple deadlines for the monthly content calendar. 5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Organic Traffic:Growth in rankings for target technical and product keywords. Lead Quality:Number of MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) generated via gated white papers and case studies. Sales Adoption:Frequency of use of sales decks and battlecards by the sales team. Conversion Rate:Percentage of visitors converting on product and comparison landing pages
