Job Title: Shoot Stylist / Visual Lead (Full-Time, In-Office) Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)Company: Social Sherpa About the Role At Social Sherpa, shoots are planned, not improvised. We’re looking for a full-time Shoot Stylist / Visual Lead who owns the visual execution of our content — from lifestyle shoots to talking head videos. This role is for someone who lives and breathes framing, composition, props, and visual flow, and is present in-office and on-set to ensure consistency across all shoots. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end visual styling for lifestyle shoots and talking head contentDecide framing, angles, shot composition, and visual hierarchyPlan, source, and manage props (shopping, rentals, in-house inventory)Style sets, spaces, and on-camera setupsEnsure talking head shoots are clean, balanced, and brand-alignedWork closely with photographers, videographers, and creative teams dailyMake real-time visual decisions during shootsMaintain consistency across brands and campaigns RequirementsProven experience in shoot styling, visual styling, or set designStrong understanding of framing, composition, and aestheticsComfortable leading visual execution on setHands-on, practical, and detail-orientedAble to work full-time from the officeAhmedabad-basedPortfolio required Good to HaveExperience with social media-first contentKnowledge of reels, interviews, and short-form video formatsProp sourcing network Why Social SherpaCreative ownership, not micromanagementDiverse projectsMedium-paced, collaborative environmentRoom to grow into a larger visual leadership role
