Security Manager – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Security Manager to run the day-to-day security operations of our manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on, plant-floor role — not a corporate position.You will be responsible for gate control, guard supervision, material movement verification, CCTV monitoring, and overall facility security discipline. You will work closely with our Stores, Dispatch, HR, and Production teams.Key Responsibilities:Gate Control & Material MovementSupervise factory gate operations and control all entry and exit pointsVerify inward materials against purchase orders and delivery documentsEnsure outward dispatches are matched against challans and invoicesPrevent unauthorised material movement at all timesGuard SupervisionManage and deploy security guards across shiftsConduct daily briefings, attendance checks, and discipline reviewsEnsure guards strictly follow entry and exit protocolsVisitor & Contractor ControlMaintain accurate visitor entry and exit logsIssue visitor passes and manage contractor access to the facilityCCTV & SurveillanceMonitor CCTV systems and flag incidents promptlyEnsure surveillance equipment is functional at all timesMaintain incident reports and escalate as requiredFacility SecurityConduct regular rounds of the plant and premisesMonitor perimeter security and enforce after-hours disciplineIdeal candidates include:Former army or police personnel transitioning to industrial securityFactory security supervisors ready to take on full facility responsibilityManufacturing plant security managers with hands-on operational experienceProfessionals with a background in warehouse or industrial securityNote: This is not a corporate or executive security role.
