Role: Manager Sales (Industrial Automation Domain)Number of years of experience: minimum 7~8 years of experience in the field of Industrial AutomationDuties and Responsibilities:As a Sales representative, Person will be responsible for regional sales (Gujrat India) to grow business of all IA PRODCUT Ranges via System Integrators / Channels / Machine builders. To develop the sales strategy in line with the BG strategy to gain market share of Industrial automation domain. He will build solutions from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on his industry experience and contacts with customers and prospects. He must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. He must enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market.He must be able to communicate with all areas of the product. He will work with an engineering / application counterpart to define product release requirements. He will work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. He will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, occasionally working with the sales channel and key customers.Key Responsibilities:Managing the entire sales of all channel partner of Gujarat region.BE/ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field required.Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development /Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.Analyzing potential partner / SI relationshipsDeveloping key accounts (Direct & Indirect).Requirements:Knowledgeable in technology especially flexible automation. Proven ability to interact with customers and convince on techno commercial aspects.This position requires travel to customer and non-customer (New) sites in Gujrat.A true interface between Customers & Company. Coordinate between Customers, Internal teams, System integrator for smooth sales execution & closures.Guiding sales organization to generate sales. Owning & building the customer relationship and stand for delivering promised support from the organizationAchieving year on year growth as per guidelines.
