Major tasks include: Managing client communications and providing customer support. Preparing quotations, invoices, and maintaining records. Handling sales leads, updating CRM, and assisting in lead qualification and allocation. Tracking and following up on payments and order status. Coordinating internally with the operations, project, and service teams. Supporting sales engineers with reports, proposals, and on-field coordination.
