Clion is hiring a Pre-Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad.About the Role As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for people reaching out to Clion. You will guide prospective patients through their initial queries, understand their needs, and help them take the next step toward booking a consultation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.What You Will Do Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, and chat Have genuine, helpful conversations with prospects to understand their concerns and expectations Qualify leads and schedule consultations with the clinical team Follow up with prospects who have attended consultations but not yet converted Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM Work closely with the marketing and clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experienceWhat We Are Looking For Freshers welcome —3m to 1 year of experiencein sales, customer service, or client handling Excellent communication skills in English A warm, empathetic approach when speaking with people about sensitive topics Comfortable with WhatsApp-based communication and basic CRM or spreadsheet tools Eager to learn, target-driven, and reliable Bachelor's degree in any field preferredWhy Join Clion You will be part of a close-knit, mission-driven team that genuinely changes lives.
