Role DescriptionThis is a part-time remote role for an Alibaba & Export Sales Assistant based in Ahmedabad. We are an Ahmedabad‑based bedsheet manufacturer company looking for a part‑time, work‑from‑home assistant to help manage our Alibaba account and international email outreach for our bedsheet ranges.QualificationsCustomer Follow-Up and Order Management skillsStrong communication skills and attention to detailProficiency in Alibaba platform operations is highly desirableAbility to work independently and maintain confidentialityLog in to Alibaba daily, and list new productsReply to basic buyer inquiries and collect required details Respond to relevant RFQs on AlibabaSend and follow up cold emails to international buyers (importers, brands, stores) Maintain a simple Excel/Google Sheet CRM of all leads, inquiries, follow‑ups and statuses.Support with basic documentation: attaching photos, preparing simple quotesRequirements:Good written English and professional email etiquette.Comfortable with computers, Excel/Google Sheets and web platforms.Fast learner; prior experience in exports, e‑commerce or customer support is an advantage but not mandatory.Compensation:8,000–10,000 INR per month (depending on profile) + performance‑based incentives after training period.Location:Work from home; preference for candidates who can work long term and grow with the company.
