This role focuses on B2B consultative selling, client engagement, and driving new business across high-risk industries.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate New Business : Identify and engage Health & Safety Managers, HR Directors, and Operations Leaders across manufacturing, construction, energy, and allied industries.Conduct Product Demonstrations : Deliver live software demos showcasing features such as workplace injury tracking, health surveillance, vaccination management, and compliance reporting.Manage the Complete Sales Cycle : Handle prospecting, lead qualification, proposal discussions, contract negotiation, and deal closure.Consultative Selling Approach : Understand client safety challenges and demonstrate how Hasanui’s software reduces risk, improves compliance, and minimizes administrative workload.Compliance & Regulation Awareness : Stay updated with OSHA or local safety authority regulations and articulate how our solution helps clients avoid legal risks and penalties.CRM & Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.Market Networking : Attend trade shows, safety conferences, and industry events to build relationships and generate new opportunities.Requirements & SkillsExperience: Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, EHS, or Occupational Health domains.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with workplace safety standards (OSHA or equivalent) and employee health data practices (HIPAA awareness preferred).Strong Communication Skills: Ability to translate technical software features into clear, business-focused value propositions.Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning, presenting, and training clients on digital platforms and software workflows.Sales Mindset: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and effectively handling objections.Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events (25%–50%).Why Join Hasanui HealthTech Pvt Ltd?Work with a fast-growing HealthTech & Occupational Safety companySell a high-impact, compliance-driven SaaS solutiosExposure to enterprise and industrial clients across IndiaSupportive sales leadership and growth-focused culture
