Sales & Marketing ManagerThe Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, lead conversion, and brand visibility for residential and commercial real estate projects. This role requires strategic planning, team leadership, channel partner management, and execution of marketing initiatives to achieve revenue and absorption targets.Job DescriptionAbout the RoleDevelop and execute sales and marketing strategies for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.Drive unit sales, revenue targets, and inventory absorption as per business goals.Lead and manage the sales team, including goal setting, performance monitoring, and training.Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and on-ground activations.Coordinate with digital marketing agencies for lead generation through Google, Meta, portals, and CRM integration.Manage and expand channel partner (broker) network, including onboarding, engagement, and incentive programs.Ensure effective lead management, follow-ups, site visits, and conversion tracking through CRM systems.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer preferences to refine strategies.Work closely with project, legal, and CRM teams to ensure smooth booking, documentation, and customer onboarding.Prepare and present sales MIS, forecasts, pipeline reports, and campaign performance reports to management.Ensure brand consistency and positioning aligned with project vision and company standards.About YouMinimum Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Sales preferredMinimum Experience: 6 – 10 years in real estate sales & marketingIndustry Requirement: Mandatory experience in real estate sales & marketingKey Skills: Team leadership, sales planning, negotiation, CRM management, campaign executionDigital Exposure: Strong understanding of digital lead generation platforms and real estate portalsCommunication: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and GujaratiWhy Join HN Safal?At HN Safal, you will:Lead sales for premium and high-value real estate developments.Directly impact revenue growth and brand positioning.Work closely with senior leadership on strategic decisions.Build a long-term career into Sales Head / Business Head roles.
