Job Title: Senior Manager/AGM/DGM – Sales (Formulations)Region: South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana, NamibiaJob Location - AhmedabadAbout the RoleTo lead and expand the formulations business across South Africa and key Southern African markets, focusing on distributor development, tender/institutional sales, and sustainable market growth.ResponsibilitiesSales & Market Expansion Drive sales growth and achieve annual targets for formulations in assigned markets. Develop and manage distributors across South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana, and Namibia. Identify new business opportunities and expand product reach.Tender & Key Account Management Handle government, institutional, and private tenders. Lead pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract finalization. Strengthen relationships with key customers and channel partners.Strategic & Cross-functional Coordination Work closely with Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth registrations and launches. Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and portfolio recommendations.Planning & Reporting Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and annual business plans. Monitor receivables and ensure timely collections.
