The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers, generating leads, and supporting the sales process from inquiry to closure. Responsibilities include building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to achieving sales targets and maintaining records of clients and sales performance.*1+ Year Experience required**Experience working in an IT company (mandatory)*QualificationsProficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and build a pipeline of qualified prospects.Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.Experience in Customer Service to address inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.Proven Sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets, along with negotiation and presentation abilities.Self-motivated, result-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.Working knowledge of CRM software is desirable.
