Job Title: Field Sales Executive Company Overview: Gopani Product Systems is seeking a high-performing Field Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat . Key Responsibilities: Execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed targets in the assigned territory. Identify and engage new customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty. Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating product features and benefits to prospects and clients. Gather customer feedback and market insights to provide input for product and service improvements. Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients, achieving mutually beneficial outcomes. Provide timely sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify business opportunities. Represent Gopani at trade shows, conferences, and events to promote products and grow the client base. Travel within Ahmedabad to meet customers and prospects in person. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in filtration, chemicals, pharmaceuticals equipment manufacturing or similar industries. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a B2B environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to understand technical products and effectively communicate their value to customers. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Willingness to travel extensively within the Mumbai region. Location: Ahmedabad,Gujarat
