If you want to contribute directly to growth instead of hiding behind a large brand, this is the place for you.About the Role We are hiring an International Sales Executive with strong outreach skills to drive growth for our Project Management software. You will be responsible for cold prospecting, email/LinkedIn campaigns, and international sales calls. This is a target-oriented role , ideal for someone early in their career who is confident in English, eager to engage with global clients, and motivated by achieving measurable results. Note: Candidates with 1–2 years of experience OR relevant internship experience in international sales/outreach are welcome to apply.Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential B2B leads in the UK, US, and global markets Execute outbound sales outreach (cold emails, LinkedIn campaigns, calls) to generate new opportunities Use creative strategies to engage prospects and secure responses Conduct impactful product demos and persuasive sales presentations Build and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho or similar) Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and outreach campaigns Support clients through the deal-closing and onboarding process What You Bring 1–2 years of international SaaS/IT sales or business development experience OR strong internship experience in sales outreach, cold emailing, or business development Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) Hands-on experience with cold outreach, email campaigns, or calling Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar Highly target-driven, proactive , and comfortable working in a fast-paced setup What We Offer Base salary of ₹20,000–₹40,000/month Attractive performance-based incentives A direct role in scaling a live, global SaaS product A small, dynamic team where your contribution creates visible impact Not the Right Fit If You are only looking for a salary hike or a “comfortable” role You avoid outbound prospecting, cold outreach, or calling You rely only on inbound or brand-driven leads You are not comfortable with target-based sales You are not willing to learn the product deeply
