Job Description:

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business strategies for Modern Trade to achieve sales, distribution, and visibility objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts such as Reliance Retail, DMart, Health & Glow, and other modern trade partners and pharma. Lead annual & quarterly joint business planning (JBP) with MT accounts. Negotiate trade margins, schemes, visibility budgets, and marketing activation. Drive in-store execution through planograms, displays, and merchandising initiatives. Ensure proper stock forecasting, demand planning, and supply chain coordination to avoid stockouts. Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives/merchandisers for flawless ground-level execution. Track ROI of trade promotions and optimise spends for maximum impact. Key Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of FMCG / Beauty & Personal Care sales in Modern Trade. Excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills. Strategic thinker with strong execution and problem-solving abilities. Data-driven approach with strong skills in sales forecasting and analytics. Leadership skills with proven ability to manage and develop teams. Strong communication and presentation skills. Qualifications & Experience MBA / Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 5–8 years of experience in FMCG / Beauty / Personal Care sales, with at least 3 years handling Modern Trade accounts. Proven track record of delivering sales growth and building MT partnerships.
