Responsibilities Making Outbound Calls: Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service. Following a prepared script to pitch offers or promotions. Receiving Inbound Calls: Answering queries from customers about products, pricing, availability, and delivery. Resolving customer complaints or directing them to the right department. Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential leads. Collecting customer data and maintaining accurate databases. Follow-Up Calls: Following up with customers who showed interest. Reminding customers about appointments, payments, or deliveries. Customer Relationship Management: Building a rapport with customers. Providing excellent customer service to retain clients. Sales Conversion: Convincing customers to make a purchase or book a service. Meeting or exceeding daily/weekly/monthly targets. Reporting: Preparing and submitting daily call logs and performance reports. Reporting on feedback received from customers to help improve products/services. Qualifications A bachelor Degree in Any Stream. Requirements Should have 1 year of experience in Marketing or Telecaller. Must have Language Proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi. A basic English Skill Required.
