Company : Pharmaceutical and Medical DeviceCompany, having H.Q. at Europe & Corporate office in AhmedabadPosition : Purchase Coordinator Location : Bodakdev ( Ahmedabad) Industry :Pharmaceutical (MNC)Job Description : 1. Own responsibility for an allotted range of vendors out of Company's total vendor base 2. Check relevant and accurate details present for processing of purchase order, or if not present,proactively contact procurement officers and other internal stakeholders for getting details right 3. Creation of Purchase orders based on planned purchase order lines and finishing the Pos for approval as per the SOP and by following Order Execution MoMs and including all relevant details in notefields etc. 4. Proactively follow up on order confirmation and deliveries from vendors to ensure on time delivery according to SOP 526 5. Continuously updating internal and external note field in AX (history log) 6. Issue Delivery deviation (DD) in the event of delays as per SOP 526 7. Responsible for sending RFQs for in-bound freight and decide which nominated forwarder to be used on each purchase order 8. Approval of vendors’ and freight forwarders’ invoices 9. Invoicing of vendor invoices in AX 10. Train key suppliers in our SOPs and make them committed to Company's SOPs in order to secure an efficient order flowDesired Profile : 1-2 year experience in commercial working environment, preferably in a procurement/logistics function.Competences Required: · Excellent skills in communication (high frequency, by phone & mail, with various cultures - Chinese, Indian and European, many stakeholders) · Strong competencies within Outlook, Excel and Word · Good knowledge of ERP – knowledge of AX would be a plus · Experience within back-office function / support function · Experience from manufacturing, wholesaling or logistics Experience within Pharmaceuticals a plus · Experience within medical devices and hospital equipment’s industry a plus · Good calculation and negotiation skills · Good administrative skillsContact Rina Arun +91 9904322770 rina@
