The goal is simple: build SEO campaigns that drive real traffic, leads, and revenue.We're hiring an SEO Executive (0 to 2 years) to join us.Why this role is differentMost SEO jobs at this level mean 3 months of shadowing, 6 months of fixing meta tags, and a year before anyone trusts you with a real account.That's not how we work.Here's what your first 12 months actually look like:First 90 days: Real client projects from Day 1. On-page, keyword research, content writing, GSC, and outreach. You'll mess up. We'll fix it together.By month 6: You'll be running SEO tasks across 1 to 2 client accounts with real ownership.By month 12: You'll have worked across on-page, off-page, technical SEO, content, reporting, and direct client coordination. That's the kind of portfolio most people take 2 to 3 years to build.Growth here is based on skill, output, and ownership.
