This is a full-ownership role from strategy and scripting to production, publishing, and engagement.The candidate must understand financial content, compliance sensitivity, and YouTube growth mechanics.This is not just a content role. Channel Strategy & PositioningLaunch and structure the YouTube channel aligned with financial brand positioningDefine content pillars (Bonds, Fixed Income, Investor Education, Product Explainers)Conduct keyword research for high-intent finance queriesIdentify content gaps from competitors 2. Financial Content Planning & ScriptingCreate monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goalsWrite clear, compliant, high-retention scriptsSimplify complex concepts like YTM, credit ratings, risk profilingWork with compliance team for required disclaimers 3. Production & Shoot ManagementCoordinate shoots (in-house or with vendors)Direct anchors/experts during filmingEnsure professional quality (audio, lighting, delivery)Guide editing for retention, hook strength, and CTAs4. SEO, Publishing & OptimizationUpload with SEO-optimized titles & descriptionsCreate high-CTR thumbnailsImplement YouTube Shorts strategyOptimize end screens, chapters, tags 5.
