The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, leads, and inquiries through SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads while optimizing product and category pages for conversions.Key Responsibilities SEO & Organic Growth Plan, execute, and manage On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO strategies Optimize product pages, category pages, landing pages, blogs, Meta titles, descriptions, URLs, images, and Internal linking. Perform keyword research focused on B2B, hospitality, furniture, and commercial intent searches Improve organic rankings, website traffic, and lead conversions Conduct technical SEO audits (site structure, indexing, page speed, schema, mobile optimization) Coordinate with developers/designers for SEO implementationGoogle Search & Local SEO Optimize website performance for Google Search & SERP visibility Manage and optimize Google My Business (GMB) listings Improve local search rankings, business visibility, and reviewsPaid Advertising (Performance Marketing) Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and Remarketing) Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) for lead generation and brand awareness Optimize ad creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages Track and improve CPC, CTR, conversions, and ROIAnalytics & Reporting Monitor performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console Set up and track goals, events, and conversion funnels Prepare regular SEO and paid campaign performance reports Use data insights to improve traffic quality, leads, and conversionsTechnical & Professional Skills Strong understanding of On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console Experience with Google My Business (GMB) optimization Knowledge of e-commerce SEO best practices is preferred (product schema, site structure, filters, Pagination). Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, website architecture, and CMS platforms Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work independentlyRequirements Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in E-commerce SEO & Digital Marketing Experience working in furniture domain preferred Proven experience in driving organic traffic, paid leads, and conversions
