We sell acrossAmazon, Flipkart, and our own website , and we’re now scaling our online business aggressively with a small, high-ownership team based in Ahmedabad.About the role We’re looking for aPerformance Marketing Analyst / Growth Operatorwho lives innumbers, funnels, and efficiency . This role is not about creating ads or “ideas”. It’s aboutmonitoring performance, controlling spends, identifying leaks, and pushing the system to generate more sales profitably . You’ll work very closely with: • Marketplace Operator • Designers & content team Your job is to make suremoney spent = sales generated .What you’ll be responsible for • Monitoring daily ad spend across Meta, Google, Amazon & Flipkart Ads • Tracking CAC, ROAS, TACoS, and SKU-level performance • Analysing which creatives, SKUs, and funnels are working vs wasting money • Working with media buyers to optimise budgets, campaigns, and targeting • Sharing clear feedback with designers on what creatives convert better • Identifying funnel drop-offs and performance bottlenecks • Preparing weekly performance dashboards and insights • Flagging overspending, inefficiencies, or sudden performance drops earlyWhat we’re looking for • 2–5 years experience in performance marketing / growth / analytics • Strong comfort with numbers, dashboards, and spreadsheets • Understanding of CAC, ROAS, funnel metrics, and attribution • Experience working with agencies or internal media buyers • Ability to convert data into clear action items • Execution mindset — you don’t just report, you push outcomesPreferred Qualifications • Experience with e-commerce or D2C brands • Exposure to Amazon / Flipkart Ads/ Meta/ Google Ads • Understanding of creative performance and CRO basics
