Lead cross-channel campaigns (SEO/SEM, Social Media, Email, Paid Ads, Influencer & Display). Conduct and lead both online & offline brand activation initiatives (events, expos, workshops, webinars) to strengthen brand presence and lead generation. Drive performance marketing to achieve lead generation, conversion, and revenue targets. Review campaign posts, communication materials, creative assets, and messaging approvals. Manage and review the team’s daily deliverables, including social media posts, campaigns, and content calendars. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Design, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with organisational goals. Evaluate the performance of campaigns using analytics tools and prepare data-driven reports. Align digital initiatives with product roadmap, demand trends, and market feedback. Analyse market research to understand product positioning, demand patterns, and competitor activities. Oversee content strategy and localisation to fit regional audience preferences. Manage brand reputation and engagement across all online platforms. Identify emerging marketing tools, trends, and digital innovations for business growth. Create marketing automation workflows and manage CRM-based lead nurturing funnels. Monitor KPIs, web analytics, cost metrics, and campaign ROI. Support offline demand generation through corporate events, conferences, and networking platforms. Collaborate with Business Development on lead quality and funnel health. Prepare regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for leadership. Manage budgets, allocate spending effectively, and ensure ROI-driven marketing outcomes. Build, mentor, and expand a high-performing marketing team across time zones. Ensure timely execution of campaign calendars, deliverables, and go-to-market initiatives. Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to increase conversion touchpoints. Track customer engagement behaviour, retention metrics, and product adoption signals.Requirements: Proven experience managing digital marketing across Domestic & Global Markets. Strong understanding of online & offline demand generation channels. Hands-on with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, and marketing automation tools. Experience with CRM systems and performance analytics. Excellent knowledge of content marketing, lead generation funnels, and brand positioning. Ability to lead effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Excellent understanding of audience behaviour, cultural nuances, and trends. Experience in managing large marketing budgets with measurable outcomes.
