From grocery and garbage bags to protective wraps for electronics and industrial applications, we provide eco-friendly alternatives to plastic and paper packaging. Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys multitasking, and can take ownership of marketing activities — from lead generation to content creation and campaign execution. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach • Make cold calls, send follow-up emails, and schedule meetings with potential clients. • Maintain and grow lead database with accurate information and segmentation. • Research target industries and identify new prospects. Content & Campaigns • Write engaging blogs, LinkedIn posts, email newsletters, and product content to enhance brand presence. • Generate creative ideas for marketing campaigns, events, and promotions. • Collaborate with the design team (or external partners) for visual content. Database & Reporting • Maintain marketing data in CRM/Excel and track performance metrics. • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead status, campaign performance, and conversions. Brand Building & Events • Support the planning and execution of industry events, expos, and product campaigns. • Suggest innovative ways to boost visibility and improve client engagement. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Coordinate with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals. ⸻ Required Skills & Competencies • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills. • Strong ability to generate and nurture leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups. • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and campaign management. • Creative thinker with attention to detail and willingness to experiment. • Good organizational skills with ability to maintain clean data and reports. • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a startup culture. ⸻ Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • 0–3 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or similar role (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome). • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and basic digital marketing concepts preferred
