Job Description:
We are looking for a data-driven and creativePerformance Marketing Managerto plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring high-quality traffic, improving ROAS, and driving measurable business growth through performance channels. Key Responsibilities:Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.Optimize campaigns regularly to meet KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates.Monitor daily performance metrics and generate detailed campaign performance reports.Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and targeting strategies.Collaborate with the content and design teams for creative assets and landing page improvements.Manage digital ad budgets effectively and allocate spending based on performance insights.Stay updated on digital trends, ad platform updates, and competitor strategies.Analyze customer journeys, set up conversion tracking, and identify funnel bottlenecks.Work with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other attribution models.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.Proven experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.).Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and reporting dashboards.Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and other ad-tech platforms.Understanding of conversion rate optimization and landing page performance.Preferred:Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.Experience in e-commerce, B2B lead generation, or mobile app campaigns.
