We are available pan-India through our website, channel partners (Amazon, Blinkit), and retail stores, and expanding globally into Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, and the Middle East. As we scale, we are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who can own campaigns across Q-commerce and digital channels while also strengthening our SEO strategy for long-term growth. What You’ll Own Run and optimize campaigns across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon Lead Google Ads, Meta Ads, and seasonal campaigns to maximize revenue and visibility. Monitor and improve ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR with sharp, data-backed optimizations. Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies. Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-impact campaign assets. Deliver weekly reporting with actionable insights for leadership. Manage and optimize budgets across platforms to minimize waste and maximize growth. SEO Responsibilities Conduct keyword research and implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies. Improve website rankings and grow organic traffic. Optimize product & category pages for better search visibility. Work on technical SEO (site audits, speed optimization, structured data). Collaborate with content & design teams to ensure SEO-friendly content. Monitor analytics and provide insights to improve performance. Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs . You’re a Great Fit If You Have 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (FMCG/D2C/food brands preferred). Have proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Q-commerce dashboards . Strong grasp of Google Analytics, attribution models, UTM tracking, SEMrush/Ahrefs . Experience with SEO strategy, site audits, keyword planning, and content optimization . Analytical, detail-oriented, and structured with reporting. Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and communicate clearly. Bonus Points If You Have scaled campaigns with six-figure ad budgets . Are familiar with Shopify, SEO best practices, and first-party data strategies . Have experience building hooks, creative angles, or collaborating on ad copy/design .
