Location: Ahmedabad (On-site/Hybrid) Department: Sales & Business Development Reports to: Sales Manager / Growth Partner Timing : 2PM to 11PM (IST) About the Role We are seeking an Organic Lead Generation Manager/Executive to strengthen our business development efforts through structured prospecting and nurturing strategies. This role requires a balance of research, communication, and execution skills to identify potential clients, build meaningful connections, and contribute to a predictable sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated by results , with a strong interest in building international business opportunities, particularly in the US and global markets . Key Responsibilities 1. Prospecting & Outreach Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers based on Ideal Client Profiles. Initiate contact through professional channels (LinkedIn, email, networking platforms). Build relationships with prospects by sharing relevant insights and engaging in meaningful conversations. 2. Engagement & Relationship Building Actively engage with potential clients on LinkedIn and other platforms through content interactions and personalized communication. Support inbound inquiries and nurture them into qualified opportunities. Develop trust-based connections that can lead to sales conversations. 3. Lead Management & Data Discipline Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and opportunities in the company’s CRM system. Ensure all prospect information, notes, and updates are organized and accessible. Work with the Sales Manager to prepare handovers of qualified leads for further engagement. 4. Collaboration & Team Contribution Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and Growth Partner to align outreach strategies with business goals. Contribute insights from conversations and prospect feedback to refine messaging and approach. Participate in weekly review meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and processes. 5. Content & Market Visibility Support Coordinate with the team to amplify the reach of company posts and thought-leadership content. Share relevant case studies, insights, and resources with prospects to build credibility. Explore opportunities to participate in online industry communities or forums. Desired Skills & Competencies Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is essential). Ability to build rapport and credibility with international prospects. Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar prospecting tools. Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Freshsales, or similar). Self-driven, disciplined, and able to manage daily activities with accountability. Curious and research-oriented mindset to understand client needs and industry trends. Preferred Background Prior experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development. Exposure to US or international markets. Experience working with eCommerce, IT services, consulting, or marketing industries.
