Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth market research on plasma-derived products, therapies, and biopharmaceutical trends. Track global plasma industry developments, including supply/demand trends, therapeutic pipeline, pricing, and reimbursement dynamics. Monitor and analyze competitor strategies, product launches, manufacturing capacity, and partnerships. Assess regulatory frameworks, policies, and compliance requirements impacting plasma products across regions. Develop and maintain market models, forecasts, and dashboards for plasma product categories. Provide strategic insights to R&D, commercial, and business development teams to support product lifecycle planning. Prepare intelligence reports, competitive analyses, and executive briefings for senior management. Identify opportunities and risks in existing and emerging markets for plasma-derived therapies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Economics, or Business Management (Master’s preferred). 3–6 years of experience in market intelligence, strategy, business research, or consulting in healthcare/biopharma. Strong knowledge of plasma products, biologics, or specialty pharmaceuticals. Proficiency in market research tools, forecasting methods, and competitive intelligence databases. Excellent data analysis, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with medical affairs, regulatory, sales, and R&D teams.
