As aProduction Manager , you will be responsible for delivering excellence every single day — ensuring speed, hygiene, safety, and efficiency.Role OverviewYou will lead the entire production floor, ensuring continuous manufacturing, zero downtime, and consistent product quality.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day production operations & meet daily output targets Plan manpower, assign shifts & ensure 100% workforce readiness Maintain top-tier hygiene, GMP, safety & cleaning standards Monitor machine utilization, downtime & efficiency metrics Lead process optimization, waste reduction & productivity improvement Maintain batch records, production logs, and compliance documents Coordinate with QC for batch release and quality approvals Work with Maintenance to minimize breakdowns and implement preventive maintenance Supervise supervisors, machine operators & support staffIdeal CandidatesMinimum 3 years in FMCG/food manufacturing production Strong team leadership & decision-making capability Knowledge of food production machinery preferred Confident in managing fast-paced operations Mustrelocate to HimatnagarQualification & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Food Science / Food Technology or a related discipline. 5–6 years of experience in Food manufacturing Industry
