As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for delivering excellence every single day — ensuring speed, hygiene, safety, and efficiency.Role OverviewYou will lead the entire production floor, ensuring continuous manufacturing, zero downtime, and consistent product quality.Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day production operations & meet daily output targetsPlan manpower, assign shifts & ensure 100% workforce readinessMaintain top-tier hygiene, GMP, safety & cleaning standardsMonitor machine utilization, downtime & efficiency metricsLead process optimization, waste reduction & productivity improvementMaintain batch records, production logs, and compliance documentsCoordinate with QC for batch release and quality approvalsWork with Maintenance to minimize breakdowns and implement preventive maintenanceSupervise supervisors, machine operators & support staffIdeal CandidatesMinimum 3 years in FMCG/food manufacturing productionStrong team leadership & decision-making capabilityKnowledge of food production machinery preferredConfident in managing fast-paced operationsMust relocate to HimatnagarQualification & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Food Science / Food Technology or a related discipline.5–6 years of experience in Food manufacturing Industry
