Designation: Legal ExecutiveDepartment: Legal & ComplianceEmployment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)Location: AhmedabadTimings: UK/US ShiftsKey ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, negotiate, and amend a wide range of agreements including NDAs, Service Agreements, Vendor/Supplier Agreements, Lease Agreements, Addendums, and Statements of Work.Ensure contracts protect the company’s interests with well-drafted clauses on confidentiality, intellectual property, indemnity, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law.Maintain proper custody and archiving of executed contracts and related legal records.Handle trademark filings, responses to examination reports, oppositions, and other IP matters.Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations across jurisdictions.Conduct legal research and provide practical advice on risk factors that may affect business operations.Support the company in defending legal proceedings and disputes.Initiate and pursue claims for recovery of outstanding dues, including issuing legal notices and working with debt recovery agencies.Manage filings in small claims courts and coordinate with external counsel when required.Assist in settlement negotiations and dispute resolution processes.Draft, review, and update employment contracts and HR policies.Advise on employee relations issues, disciplinary cases, and grievance handling.Ensure compliance with employment and labour laws.Act as the legal point of contact for clients, vendors, and external partners.Lead or assist in negotiations and settlements with external stakeholders.Contribute to team growth through planning, hiring, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.Skills & CompetenciesStrong drafting and negotiation skills.Knowledge of contract law, corporate law, employment law, and intellectual property law.Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in stakeholder engagement.Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.Qualifications & ExperienceLaw degree (LLB or equivalent); LLM preferred.Minimum 2-4 years of relevant post-qualification experience, ideally in corporate or in-house roles.Experience in IT/ITES, outsourcing, or professional services will be an advantage.Exposure to international contracts and multi-jurisdictional legal issues preferred.About QX Global GroupFounded in the UK nearly two decades ago, QX Global Group has grown into a leading business process management company with a presence in 12 countries and delivery centres in India and Mexico.
