The role requires strong leadership, delivery excellence, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure high-quality, on-time execution.Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple software projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Act as the primary delivery contact, managing stakeholders, communication, and escalations. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, DevOps, architecture). Drive best practices in Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud, and software engineering. Manage delivery metrics, KPIs, resource utilization, and project financials. Support pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal efforts as needed.Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 15+ years of IT delivery experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role. Proven experience delivering large-scale projects in IT services or consulting. Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP). Experience with microservices, APIs, and enterprise application development. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or ITIL certifications preferred.
