Tech Support ExecutiveThe Tech Support Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, technical support, and system administration across the organization. This role ensures smooth functioning of hardware, software, network infrastructure, and internal IT systems to support business continuity and operational efficiency.Job DescriptionAbout the Role● Provide daily technical support to employees for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other IT hardware.● Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, office applications, email systems, and collaboration tools.● Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues including LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and basic networking setups.● Manage IT assets including procurement coordination, inventory tracking, system upgrades, replacements, and maintenance records.● Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, AMC contracts, software licenses, and IT services.● Ensure data security through antivirus management, system updates, user access controls, and backup processes.● Support internal ERP systems, cloud-based tools, and other business applications used by the organization.● Assist in installation and maintenance of CCTV systems, biometric devices, access control systems, and conference room AV setups.● Maintain IT documentation including system configurations, licenses, troubleshooting logs, and IT policies.● Ensure timely resolution of IT issues, minimize downtime, and support smooth day-to-day business operations.● Work closely with administration and management to implement system improvements and basic IT governance practices.About You● Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field● Minimum Experience: 2 – 5 years in IT support or system administration● Industry Requirement: Industry experience not mandatory● Key Skills: Hardware & software troubleshooting, system administration, vendor coordination, IT asset management● Technical Exposure: Windows OS, MS Office, Email systems, basic networking, antivirus & security tools● Communication: Good communication and coordination skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati.Why Join HN Safal?At HN Safal, you will:● Play a critical role in enabling smooth operations across all departments.● Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.● Gain exposure to enterprise systems and organizational IT governance.● Build a stable and long-term career in IT administration and support.
