Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Ahmedabad. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing office operations, including organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and assisting in daily administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include handling phone inquiries professionally, managing correspondence, coordinating with team members, and providing executive-level support. The role involves meticulous attention to detail and ensuring smooth office workflows. Qualifications Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical activities, with the ability to organize and manage office operations efficiently.Proficient in Executive Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, correspondence management, and record-keeping.Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and interact effectively with clients and team members.Attention to detail, high organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Prior experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus.
