The HR Manager will handle recruitment processes, develop and oversee HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include overseeing onboarding, facilitating training and development initiatives, maintaining employee records, and managing performance appraisal systems. The role also involves fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring effective communication between management and employees.
