Recruiting Team Lead

Title: Team Lead - Life Science/Pharma Location: Ahmedabad Shift: CSTWe are seeking ahighly skilled Team Leadwith proven experience managingaccount and leading recruitment efforts within the Pharma / Life Sciences domain . This individual will mentor and guide a team of recruiters, drive fulfillment across critical scientific and regulated roles, strengthen client partnerships, and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment, possesses strong communication and organizational skills, and understands the unique complexities ofPharmaceutical, Biotech, and Life Sciences staffing . Requirements: 3–5+ years of recruiting experience in US Staffing , specifically withinPharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, Clinical Research, or Life Sciencesenvironments. 2–3+ years of team leadership or lead recruiter experience , with demonstrated success in managing recruiter performance and delivery. Strong experience recruiting for roles such asClinical Research Associates, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Validation, R&D, Pharmacovigilance , and related positions. Solid understanding ofFDA, GMP, GxP , and other regulatory and compliance requirements.
