Position:US IT Recruiter Location:Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-Site) Shift Timings:6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US EST Hours)About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience supporting core IT clients or State Government projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes in the US staffing industry, including sourcing, screening, negotiation, and placement across Contract, C2H, and Full-Time positions.Key Responsibilities: Source and attract top IT talent through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter), referrals, networking, and internal databases. Screen candidates for technical and functional skills, communication, and cultural fit based on client requirements. Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Handle multiple hiring types: Contract, Contract-to-Hire (CTH), and Permanent (Full-Time) placements. Work extensively with core IT technologies and State government clients, understanding niche technical requirements. Strong working knowledge of US Tax Terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and visa classifications (H1B, GC, EAD, USC). Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary/rate negotiations, and final closures. Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for recurring and future client needs. Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates and clients for long-term partnerships. Provide market intelligence on candidate availability, rate trends, and sourcing strategies.Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred: Computer Science, IT, or Engineering). 2+ years of proven US IT recruitment experience, preferably working with core IT or State clients. Proficient in Boolean search techniques and sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter & ATS platforms. Strong understanding of technical skill sets across software development, infrastructure, data, and cloud domains. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
