TCS is hiring for Life Sciences Medical Information Manager: Medical InformationJob Location: Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, Noida Experience Range: 4 to 8 yearsEducational Qualification(s) Required:• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, or related healthcare field• Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) preferredTechnical/Domain Skills:Medical Enquiry Response DevelopmentThis role is responsible for Conducting Scientific literature reviews and synthesize information to support the development of medical enquiries/frequently asked questions (FAQs).Lead the authoring, review, and approval of medical enquiry responses, including: Standard Response Documents (SRDs)Customized responses to unsolicited enquiriesFrequently Asked Questions (FAQs)Off‑label and complex enquiry response developmentEnsure enquiry responses are non‑promotional, evidence‑based, and scientifically accurate.Perform and oversee targeted literature searches, data interpretation, and reference management.Ensure compliance with global and local regulations, company SOPs, and Medical Affairs governance.Support medical review (MLR) processes for enquiry responses.Scientific Content Strategy & Knowledge ManagementOwn and maintain the medical enquiry responses (content) library, ensuring version control and periodic updates.Monitor label updates, clinical data changes, and safety information to trigger response revisions.Other Responsibilities: -Review and quality‑check enquiry responses for scientific rigor, clarity, and compliance.Contribute to process improvement, automation initiatives, and audit readiness.Ensure the responses prepared are scientifically balanced and evidence-based, adhere to topic/key messages, language and grammar are correct, regulatory/safety/legal aspects are considered. Knowledge and application of good practices in medical enquiry management and writing for Medical Information. Strong cross-functional skills and proven experience in collaboration with other departments/groups (eg Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs) and excellent interpersonal communication and presentations skills. Fluency in oral and written English. Experience with various therapeutic areas. Solid understanding of medical concepts and the implications on a broader scale in the pharmaceutical industry (regulatory, PV, legal, commercial, drug development, etc). RegardsManisha Singh (TCS HR)
